- FREE standard 3-4 day shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $25
- Free international shipping on all merchandise orders over $75
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Email jlwcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number to receive your full return authorization. If an item is damaged while in transit, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for your order. In any other case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item to us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE
If you believe your package was damaged will in transit with USPS, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.
