  • How long does shipping take?
    Our process time is currently one business day. The shipping frame is 2-4 days after the package has been received by USPS.

  • My order says delivered but is not here, why?"
    If this situation ever occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information. JLW Cosmetics prides in packaging your orders with lots of love and care. We always make sure that your orders are packaged safely and in great condition before it is dropped off at our local post office. However, after we drop the packages off at the post office, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
  • Can I return, exchange, or get a refund? "
    For health and sanitary reasons, exchanges, refunds, or returns are not excepted! Please check the ingredients page for more information and details on specific products prohibit allergies and irritation. Please be aware that nut oils are used in certain products!
  • My package was delivered, but an item was missing/damaged. What do I do?"
    No worries! Please locate our contact form and inform us on what items were damaged and or missing from your order! We will pay your shipping fee, so do not worry!
  • How do I cancel my order?
    As soon as you confirm the payment of your order, it cannot be cancelled! Please make sure you are 100% ready to purchase! For any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us at jlwcosmetics@gmail.com.
